The last two years of renewal files &  fees are submitted to the Secretary Of State
Reinstate Application Processed & Submitted by mail
Turnaround times can take up to (180 Days ) for The Secretary Of State to reinstate business in the system
 
Secretary Of State dissolves your registration for nonpayment of renewal after (2) years. The calendar year is from January to December. If you started your business later in the year. Your renewal fee is still due in January of the following year. You have until April 15th at best, before it is considered late. 
 
Tip: Put something aside monthly to cover this yearly fee ($15-$20 a month )
