With access to classes, workshops, documentation creation, business assistance, and coaching, our goal is to support your business growth every step of the way. Below you will find the details of our membership packages and the policies that govern our subscriptions.

 

**Membership Packages:**

2. **Entrepreneur Package 

   - Free classes and 50% off workshops ( 30% Discounts On Master Classes )

   - Business 911 processing at $69 per order

   - Monthly newsletter

   - Monthly group coaching

   - Access to networking events

   - 20% discount on Jersey Shade Designs marketing

   - 35% discount on documentation creation

   - Business mailbox rental subscription

   - One 15-minute business coaching session per month with Coach Shey Morton

   - Option to add an additional member for $20/month

 

3. **Enterprise Package 

   - Free classes and Free workshops ( 50%-Discounts On Master Classes )

   - Access to the Facebook group

   - Business 911 processing at $49 per order

   - Monthly newsletter

   - Monthly group coaching

   - Access to networking events

   - 30% discount on Jersey Shade Designs

   - Access to all online center videos

   - Standard mailbox rental in Charlotte, NC

   - Two 15-minute business coaching sessions per month with Coach Shey Morton

   - Access to co-working space (Charlotte, NC)

   - Enrollment in the Silent Partner Program - Monthly Mentoring

 

**Policies:**

 

1. **Subscription Fees:**

   - Subscription fees are billed monthly on the anniversary of the subscription start date.

   - Payments are to be made via credit/debit card or direct debit. Ensure your payment details are up-to-date to avoid interruptions in service.

   - All fees are quoted in USD.

 

2. **Refunds and Cancellations:**

   - Membership subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account dashboard.

   - No refunds will be given for partial months of membership.

   - If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.

 

3. **Service Activation:**

   - Business processing fees and discounted service rates will be activated 60 days after the commencement of your subscription.

   - This policy ensures that members commit to their membership and can fully benefit from the discounted services.

 

4. **Upgrades and Downgrades:**

   - Members can upgrade or downgrade their membership packages at any time through their account settings.

   - Changes in membership levels will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

 

5. **Additional Members:**

   - The Entrepreneur and Enterprise packages offer the option to add an additional member for $20/month.

   - Additional members will have access to all benefits included in the main subscription package.

 

6. **Local Benefits:**

   - Discounts on Jersey Shade Designs, documentation creation, and book publishing services.

   - Business mailbox rental and access to the co-working space are available to local members in the Charlotte, NC area only.

   

7. **Coaching Sessions:**

   - All coaching sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

   - Unused coaching sessions do not roll over to the next month.

   - Office walk-ins will not be considered coaching sessions and cannot exceed 10 minutes

 

8. **Code of Conduct:**

   - Members are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct in all interactions with the center, its staff, and other members.

   - Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of membership.

 

9. **Mailbox Subscription

   - Memberships that have active mailbox subscriptions are subject to quarterly audits and compliance reviews.

   - Canceled Mailboxes attached to a Membership are subject to reinstatement fees to reopen mailboxes.

10. ** Certification Assistance  / Processing

   -SBA & Government Certification discounts are available (60) days after the subscription starts.

   - Business Registration and Renewal Discounts are available for member use (30) Days after the start of the subscription.

11. ** Co-Working **

     - Entrepreneur and Enterprise Members have access to work and use centers for business use during their hours of operation and when there are no private events scheduled. 

     - Member is the only person permitted to access co-working space. (3) hour max / Guest (1) hour 

     - No children permitted. Meetings with clients must be scheduled and approved by the office.

     - Business Projects or Proposals or Small Business Assistance included in membership MUST be scheduled by appointment only. No Walk-Ins.

     - There is NO GUARANTEE on Co-Working space hours. Please check News / Blog for updates and closings ( Time Out Months: April, August, and December-Open Wednesday Only )

( Anything exceeding 10 Minutes needing office support must be scheduled on Calendly 24 hours before ) SCHEDULE A CALL  

     - Pre-Approved Meeting / Paid Members Only ( Working On Specific Projects With B911 Rep )

     - Members release Business 911 Small Business Center harmless of any liabilities or incidents while working with or on the property.
